Welcome to Replenish Counseling– A Safe Space, Wherever You Are

Hello and welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’ve worked with a counselor before or you’re exploring therapy for the very first time, I want to warmly welcome you to Replenish Counseling—a place where your story, your struggles, and your growth matter.

Launching this telehealth counseling practice has been a dream shaped by a simple belief: support should be accessible, compassionate, and tailored to your life—not the other way around.

Why Telehealth?

Life is busy. Between work, family, and everything in between, finding time for in-person therapy can feel impossible. Telehealth offers flexibility, comfort, and privacy—whether you’re at home, on a lunch break, or anywhere you feel safe. All you need is a quiet space and a secure internet connection.

But just because we meet virtually doesn’t mean it’s any less personal. In fact, many clients find that the comfort of being in their own space allows them to open up more easily.

What You Can Expect

This blog will be a place where I’ll share insights, resources, and encouragement for your mental health journey. Topics may include:

  • Managing anxiety and stress
  • Building healthier relationships
  • Coping with change and uncertainty
  • Understanding patterns that no longer serve you
  • Tools for mindfulness and emotional regulation

Most importantly, I want this to be a space that reminds you: you’re not alone.

You’ve Taken the First Step

Just by visiting this site, you’ve already done something brave—something many people find hard to do. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. My goal is to walk beside you, offering support that’s compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward at your own pace.

If you’re curious to learn more or ready to get started, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out with any questions, or book a free consultation call.

Until then, take good care of yourself.
You deserve it.

Warmly,
Jendaya Clark, LCPC, CADC, NCC
